2025 Annual Meeting & Member Event

Mark your calendar for Thursday, May 1st!

5:00 p.m.: GVEA’s Member Appreciation Event
6:15 p.m.: GVEA Annual Meeting

Both events will be held at the 8 Star Event Center, 1485 30th Avenue, Fairbanks, AK 99701. There will be the option to virtually join the business meeting via YouTube.

There will be free food (while supplies last), educational displays, activities and games for families, prizes, the opportunity for member questions and comments and the chance to win one of six $250 bill credits and a fleet vehicle!

All members must present a valid ID to register and be eligible to receive giveaways or win prizes.

Electric credits and the vehicle giveaway will be drawn toward the end of the Business Meeting, which begins at 6:15 p.m.

Members must be present at the time of the drawing to win.

The meeting will be streamed live on our GVEA YouTube Channel and Facebook.
